Linear guides are generally composed of guide rails, sliders, reversers, rolling elements, and retainers. It is a new type of rolling support for relatively reciprocating linear motion. It can be replaced by a steel ball rolling between the slider and the guide rail. Sliding contact, and the rolling element can achieve infinite circulation in the raceway and slider by means of the reverser, which has the advantages of simple structure, small coefficient of dynamic and static friction, high positioning accuracy, and good accuracy retention. Linear guides, also known as precision rolling linear guides, slide rails, linear guide rails, linear slide rails, and rolling guide rails, are used for linear reciprocating movements that require precise control of the running parallelism of the table. It can bear a certain torque, and can achieve high-precision linear motion under high load.
